Fund Manager
Jason MacDonald has been investing in the residential real-estate market since 2003. He is currently the Principal of IZE, ltd., a family of companies that focus on identifying, managing and leveraging value of underpriced assets in the Twin Cities (MN) market. As a founder of HRB Investment, LLC, (a CTA with a focus on currency and market arbitrage), he has a unique skill-set. An experienced leader in investment strategy, he deploys an array of tools, non-traditional forms of acquisition, proprietary technology, and creative disposition strategies in his unconventional, yet highly successful approach to asset valuation. Mr. MacDonald currently sits on the board of over half a dozen other companies in the Twin Cities area.
